How does our online coaching program work?
It’s simple! Through an initial questionnaire and some pictures, we will gather important information to tailor the right fitness plan for you including a tailored meal and workout plan. We will learn more about your routine and habits, health conditions and limitations, and look for any muscle or postural imbalances that you might have.
Whether you goal is to lose weight or gain muscle mass, we will work together and do the best work for you to achieve your goals. We will be available on WhatsApp during business hours for any questions or motivational conversation you may need! You will also be able to send us videos from your training so we can make sure that you are performing them correctly.
